| This is Mount Hope Cemetery in Corning, Missouri. It is a beautiful place...on towering Loess Hill. The cemetery overlooks a large river valley and I-29 between Kansas City and Omaha. The cemetery was established in 1842, features some tombstones entirely in German, and has a rather unique look to it thanks to the Missouri Conservation Department.
