They're popping up left and right. The only one I really got into was ghost hunters.

Sure. I'll check for caches around the next place we go.

Anyone ever do this? Its like letter boxing but you use GPS to find the caches.

Its entertaining and its free. You got to http://www.geocaching.com/ and search for caches in your area, type the coordinates into a gps receiver, and go look for it.

I've found seven so far. They're hidden everywhere. I found two that have been three blocks down the street from my job and have been there for years.

Congrats Nick. I'm sure you'll do fine. Just remember that they came to listen to you...Just be yourself and try to relax.

This looks interesting, but I'm not sure I can afford it. I'll have to check closer to February.

Jen, I agree 100%.

Most of the time we find nothing, but when we do find something we tend to scrutinize the hell out of it. In the end ghost hunting is, in my opinion, a matter of interpretation. You can find hundreds of reasons to believe that something is paranormal and an equal amount of reasons to believe that there is a rational non paranormal cause of it. I don't believe that we will ever find that holy grail of proof.....I hope for it and welcome it, but I don't set my expectations to high.

I came into this field with a full head of steam and a bunch of textbook ghost hunter knowledge......after about five investigations I came to the conclusion that I truly knew nothing and needed to start from scratch.

The brass tax is that the real deal is so much less glamorous than the T.V. shows would like for you to believe. Its a good idea to keep in mind that these people are selling advertisements in between the tense moments of unexplained happenings.

end of diatribe

I love gaming. I rarely get time anymore....or I just stay up till three in the morning and drag myself into work the next day.

I worked some "me time" in this weekend....managed to beat Gears of War 2, and I'm one battle away from beating End War.

I'll have to buy Ghost Busters.....looks fun.

The lone ranger and Silver get captured by Indians (with the feather...not the dot). The indian chief tells the lone ranger that they have great respect for him so they'll let him life for 3 days before they kill him. He tells the lone ranger that He'll get a wish everyday until hes executed.

The chief ask what he'd he like for his first wish. The lone ranger tells the chief that he wants to speak with his horse. He whispers something into silvers ear and the horse runs off. He returns a couple hours later with a hot blond. She sleeps in the tee pee that night with the him.

The next day the chief ask what he'd like for his second wish. The lone ranger again ask to speak to his horse. He whispers something in his ear again and the horse runs off. A few hours later the horse returns with a hot burnett. She sleeps with him in the tee pee that night.

The last day the chief says "I assume you wanna speak to your horse again". The lone ranger says "damn right I do". He grabs the horse by the ears and says "READ MY F#@$ING LIPS....POSSE....I SAID POSSE"

Truly the universe is full of ghosts, not sheeted churchyard spectres, but the inextinguishable elements of individual life, which having once been, can never die, though they blend and change, and change again for ever.
